During lockdown we chose a word or phrase suggested by a quote by or about an audacious woman. Women were invited to create and submit any type of work inspired by the theme – a short story, painting, photography, memoir, poetry, a dance or music video, ceramics, even (a photograph of) a piece of knitting! Nothing was ruled out.
We published 17 editions between April and July 2020. Brilliant contributions from so many women led to a truly outstanding collection of work. We’re sure you’ll enjoy reading them.
